Custom-Built Products
Golf USA specializes in custom-built golf equipment.
Custom-built products are assembled to the specifications selected by the customer and are not pre-built inventory.
Because custom products are built specifically for each customer:
Custom-built clubs are generally not eligible for return.
Personalized products are generally not eligible for return.
Orders may not be modified or canceled once components have been ordered, allocated, assembled, or production has begun.
Requests for changes after an order is submitted will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for verifying all selected specifications before submitting an order.
Build Times & Production Delays
Estimated build times displayed on product pages represent our best current estimate at the time of purchase.
Build times may vary due to:
Manufacturer production schedules
Component availability
Shaft, grip, and head availability
Weather events
Shipping carrier delays
High-demand product launches
Industry supply chain disruptions
Estimated build times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Golf USA is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options accelerate transit time only.
Expedited shipping does not reduce manufacturer production time, custom assembly time, or order processing time.
Shipping upgrades begin after your order has been completed and released for shipment.

However, pricing, specifications, availability, images, and descriptions may occasionally contain errors.
Golf USA reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders affected by pricing or product inaccuracies.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, coupon codes, sales, and discounts may not apply to all products.
Certain brands, products, and categories may be excluded due to manufacturer pricing restrictions, Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies, or other vendor requirements.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Launch monitors and certain restricted products may not be eligible for return.
Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.
