ANSWERS TO YOUR MOST COMMON QUESIONS
While we do not have every item in stock at our warehouse, we work closely with the manufacturers to actively ship current inventory across our site direct to you. This inventory management system allows us to display a wide range of inventory, while offering very comparable ship times to having the items in our own warehouse.
Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the purchase date. While very rare, some standard orders may take longer than 5 days to process and ship. If this issue does occur, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to cancel the order based on the shipping time frame.
Custom and/or Personalized items are excluded from the standard order processing. Due to the nature of these items, they can take up to 14 days to be completed before they ship. If you are concerned about how long a Custom and/or Personalized item may take please contact us. We will be able to give an accurate quote based on the manufacturers current schedule.

Products purchased on the website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt date. Items must include original receipt and be in new/unused condition. Returns and exchanges are not valid on services, personalized, or custom items.
We do reserve the right to deny return requests if products do not meet the above criteria.

The GolfUSA domain and all subdomains are leased and operated by OKC Golf, LLC., which owns retail locations and/or conducts business solely in the state of Oklahoma. Due to current tax regulations, we must collect sales tax only from customers who reside in Oklahoma. Sales tax is added to the shopping cart during the checkout process.
Some manufacturers implement minimum sales pricing for their products. Due to the set policies we cannot include some items in our promotional events. Some exclusions may include, but are not limited to, specific products from Mizuno, Taylormade, Titleist, Callaway, Scotty Cameron, Odyssey, Bushnell, SkyCaddie, Golf Pride, Lamkin and Winn. Shipping promotions are valid for Ground Services only, unless otherwise designated.
Unless noted, only one promotional code can be used for each transaction. Promotions cannot be redeemed for any tangible good. Promotions are valid only for their specific time frame and cannot be redeemed on past purchases.
